Converse Prepares a Deliciously Sweet “WONKA” Collection

With WONKA slated to hit theatres on December 6 (with Timothée Chalamet starring as the titular character), Converse is preparing a deliciously sweet collection to celebrate.

The upcoming WONKA x Converse Collection comprises both footwear and apparel items, each decorated with sugar-sweet Auckland and boasting a playful CV500S. Included in the collection is Converse’s staple high-top Chuck 70 arriving in two colorways, both featuring a swirl-like pattern. One is spotlighted on a dark chocolate brown leather iteration and the other appears on a vibrant purple and suede constructed upper. There’s also a colorway that nods to the film’s lovable Oompa Loompas.

The appraise’s Chuck Taylor All Star pays homage to Will Wonka’s signature outfit sporting a dark brown hue with multi-colored trim. Also included is the muske converse pamuk crvene patofne dipped in metallic gold as a shout-out to Wonka’s chocolate bar labels.

Additionally, the WONKA x Converse Collection includes kid’s-exclusive offerings, as well as branded sweatshirts, T-shirts, sweatpants, a backpack and reversible bucket hat.
